Order and Delivery
We currently only deliver to United kingdom.
We offerfree shipping on all orders.
The estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days after the order has been processed.
Orders are processedwithin 1-2 business days(Monday to Friday).
Yes, we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
We ship with Royal Mail, YunExpress, 4PX to ensure reliable delivery.
Yes, orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. If the order has already been shipped, you must return the goods upon receipt according to our return policy.
After shipping, you will receive anemail with the tracking numberto track your package.
Exchange and return
You can returnitems within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
The following items are excluded from return :
Custom-made or personalized products
Hygiene products (e.g. underwear), unless they are unopened and unused.
- Contact us at info@chloeandliamcs.com with your order number, the reason for return and, if applicable, photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form (available from customer service).
- Send the package to the address of our Chinese warehouse provided by our Customer Service.
After receiving the return, we will inspect the item within 7 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment methodwithin10 business days.
If your item was delivered damaged or incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange afree returnand offer either areplacement or a full refund.
If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to return the item according to the return process and place anew order.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs for the exchange.
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
